Is Zoho Creator the Right Choice for Your Business?

It's easy to use and perfect for decentralised and remote teams, as all data and operations are accessible via mobile devices. It's not a no-code tool like Appian or Microsoft PowerApps, but it's still a smartly designed platform that's affordable for any size company. Zoho Creator is a low-code app development platform that allows users to create custom apps with minimal coding experience.

The top bar takes you to the profile and settings on the right, and links to all other Zoho apps on the top left. The data is presented in an easy-to-digest form that shows how many people had a positive and negative experience with Zoho Creator. With Zoho Creator, you can create custom data collection apps, design your personal workflows, set unique rules, and manage your vital operations. It also includes multilingual support for international businesses, with an automatic translation feature for each component of the application and the ability to set up custom translations.

The way Zoho automatically creates records is similar to Appian in that it removes a step from the process, but it also makes it less clear how data can be leveraged between applications using reusable data entities (tables within a database). This is something that is easier in Salesforce, App Maker, and PowerApps. When you need help from Zoho Creator, you can contact their customer support team by phone, email or live chat. It was able to build the three pages of the app with notes and media attachments for contacts, and even add some additional contact categorisation parameters, as well as an integration with Zoho CRM contact data.However, the only con I have is the slow support team.

Overall, Zoho Creator is a great online platform that makes it easy to build simple but great looking mobile apps. It's still my favourite mobile app builder and I highly recommend it for any size business. Plus, Zoho is in the process of integrating native mobile app development capabilities into the platform.
